Isochronic Delta Wave Tones

These tones are within the delta range (0.5hz to 4hz).
Only plain isochronic tones are used - no background music, just plain repetitive tones to entrain your brain.
These tones does not take you gradually to the delta frequencies unlike commercial brainwave entrainment products which start you off in beta and gradually bring you to alpha, theta and finally to the delta frequency. Entrainment is faster when you start off with your present brain waves and slowly take you to the desired frequency. Since you start at the fully awake stage, it's just logical to start you off at the beta wave frequency.
The following tones does not take you gradual steps to reach the desired frequency since these are only 1 minute in duration but looped several times to make it seem longer. A slight interruption may be noticed every minute or so as the player loops to the beginning.
The approximate duration of these delta tones is 20 minutes since it's looped 20 times. I only looped the other waves for 15 minutes because it's nearer the beta frequencies but delta waves are much harder to entrain coming from beta so I looped it longer.
It's advisable to test only one tone for at least three days before testing on another tone. Your brain may be able to adapt to the entrainment after the second session and make succeeding sessions easier.
Delta brainwaves are the trademark of deep sleep for adults so if you feel very very sleepy during the session, you may be near to the entrainment frequency of delta. If you reach the delta brainwaves, you will most likely be asleep by then. Being conscious in this stage requires years of practice as deep meditation practitioners have achieved. But training with isochronic tones, who knows, you may achieve this level someday in a shorter period of time.
