High Alpha
This isochronic tone is good for starters. It makes entrainment faster since it is just below the fully awake
beta state.
Mid Alpha
This tone takes you to a more relaxed state. This is a good place for
autosuggestion.
Lower Alpha
This takes you to a deeper relaxed state and near the sleepy state of theta

These tones are within the alpha wave range (8hz to 13hz).
Only plain isochronic tones are used - no background music, just plain repetitive tones to entrain your brain.
Commercial brainwave entrainment products start you off in beta and gradually bring you to the alpha frequency. Entrainment is faster when you start off with your present brain waves and slowly take you to the desired frequency. Since you start at the fully awake stage, it's just logical to start you off at the beta wave frequency.
The following tones does not take you gradually to the desired frequency since these are only 1 minute in duration but looped several times to make it seem longer. A slight interruption may be noticed every minute or so as the player loops to the beginning.
It's best to listen to these alpha tones when you are already in a relaxed state to make entrainment faster. Listening to these tones when you are from an active state may take it longer to entrain your brain or not at all.
It's advisable to test only one tone for at least three days before testing on another tone. Your brain may be able to adapt to the entrainment after the second session and make succeeding sessions easier.
Autosuggestions and affirmations can be injected in the sessions. Your conscious mind is still a bit in the alert state, which is necessary to direct your thoughts, and at the same time you begin to enter the realm of the subconscious where automatic responses to your beliefs reside.
